Bibliographical information:

Eaton, Jason Carter. The Facttracker. Illus. Pascale Constantin. New York: HarperCollins, 2008.

Brief summary:

The town of Traäkerfaxx tracks and distributes the world's facts. The facts belonging to one inhabitant have been lost, so he is known only as "the just small enough boy." When Traäkerfaxx becomes caught up in a conflict between the Facttracker and his twin brother Ersatz, the just small enough boy sets out to save the Facttracker and the town.

Comments:

This funny and self-referential novel will amuse its readers, but will also make them think about conventions of fiction and about the relationship between truth and lies.
